Your Wasatch serial number, along with your passcode, can be found on the tag attached to your USB dongle.
If you are not able to locate this tag for any reason, you can also find the Serial Number inside the program under Help> About this Program.
If you are able to locate your serial number, but you cannot find your passcode, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help.
Depending on your circumstance, your existing license may limit you to one printer, or one printer manufacturer. For example, your Epson F series license may give you access to only Epson F6200. Or your Mimaki Edition license limits you to Mimaki only drivers. The Subscription license will expand your options to printer drivers from other manufacturers.
Additionally, subscription licenses include continual access to support and important software updates designed for optimal performance.
Yes. Once you purchase your subscription plan, you'll be provided the most current version.
You'll continue to have access to the most current version for the duration of your subscription - meaning you'll get all the latest improvements, drivers, color profiles, and access to tech support.
*Please note that older versions of SoftRIP are not supported in subscription, so updating to the current version is necessary.

Your subscription plan comes with two print units standard. You can add more print units, up to a total of eight, with any subscription plan.
Some printers meant for textile printing applications are bundled with our Textile Option, for example the Epson F9300. We recommend that you include that option in your subscription order to get the best possible results in your printing production.
First, check that you are connected to the Internet. Registration codes for your license are automatically submitted to the software from the Wasatch Cloud, meaning that for optimal support you should maintain an Internet connection.
