The Service Data Uploader dramatically increases the speed and reliability with which your problems can be analyzed and solved. Not only does this easy-to-use utility ensure that our diagnosis is based on accurate data, it also eliminates the need for you to answer numerous background questions from our support guys.

The Service Data Uploader automatically sends your key system configurations and settings directly to our Tech Support Team via Internet. Use it to upload:

  • Printer settings
  • Imaging configurations
  • Software revision info
  • Problem files

Any user with a valid service contract can take advantage of SDU. No special software or expertise in FTP protocol is required. Just contact Wasatch Customer Service via phone or e-mail to alert them of the incoming data. The upload process is quick and easy.
