When you purchase new software or renew your service contract, you get 180 days of free support and complete access to our expert technical staff. Their skill in explaining SoftRIP's features and troubleshooting issues is the best in the industry.

Technical Support Policy
Service is free for the first 180 days following the activation of your software on any newly purchased Wasatch software product. When your contract expires, you may purchase a new service contract.
Using Your Service Contract
Please include your serial number with all service requests. You can access the technical support team via phone or email.
When you purchase a Wasatch service contract, you will receive a new 6 or 12-month service contract. The contract becomes active on the date of the purchase. When you have an active Wasatch service contract, you can get all the latest software updates free of charge. However, you must request the update before your service contract expires.
