Technical support is free for the first 180 days after your new purchase of Wasatch software. After that, you can purchase an additional 6 or 12-month service contract. Visit our Service Contract Status page to see whether or not your contract is active.
Wasatch support includes an easy-to-use feature that quickly gives our Technical Support Team a snapshot of your key system configurations. Sending printer settings, software information, and problem files through our Service Data Uploader speeds up the process of which your problems can be solved.
When you have an active Wasatch service contract, you can get all the latest software updates free of charge. However, you must request the update before your service contract expires.
