Technical support is free for the first 180 days after your new purchase of Wasatch software. After that, you can purchase additional 180-day technical support contracts just when you need them. Visit our Service Contract Status page to see whether or not your contract is active.
When you have an active Wasatch service contract, you can get all the latest software updates free of charge. However, you must request the upgrade before your technical support contract expires. You also have the option to get the free software via CD (this option requires you to pay a shipping and handling fee).
