UPGRADE CODE REQUEST
If you have an active service contract when a new software update is released, you are eligible to download that update for free. However, you must request the software update before your contract expires.
Your upgrade codes will be generated by our production team during regular business hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm US Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays). If your service contract has expired, a Wasatch representative will contact you with information about purchasing a new support and upgrade package.
