Roland CAMM-1 Pro GX-640/500/400/300 Cutters

The Roland CAMM-1 Pro series are cut only devices, and are only available if the special registration code, "CUTTING", is enabled.

Front Panel Settings:

• The ROTATE setting under CONDITION should be set to 0 degrees.
• The CROPMARK setting should be set to SENSOR MODE.
• The I/O setting should be set to USB.
• Under SETTING COMMANDS, each command (VS, !FS, SP) should be enabled.

The cutter's offset, force, and speed can be set by clicking on the Properties button under Print Setup/Edit. The following window will be displayed:

Note: The print should have been printed with Roland CAMM-1 PRO marks. Select these marks from the "Cutting Mark" menu on the Print Setup screen.

Insert the media in the reverse manner from which it came out of the printer with the left edge of the media as close as possible to one of the pinch roller locations. Note: The origin point of the cutter is opposite to the origin point of the printer.

Move the head by using the arrow keys on the front panel and position the blade over the lower left mark of the image. Press and hold the Origin button on the front panel until it says Origin Set.

The cutter is now ready for the cut path to be sent from the Cutting Queue.
