The Power of Shared Cut Paths

Previously, creating cut paths around nested images resulted in individual "island" paths for every graphic, requiring the cutter to travel all four sides of every image. This process creates narrow waste strips that can cause media instability or tedious weeding.  The Rows and Columns feature eliminates these redundancies by creating a single, shared cut path between adjacent images.

• Boost Performance: Increase daily throughput by reducing the number of cuts and eliminating redundant knife movements.

• Easy "Pop Outs": When used with flex cutting (perforation), DTF transfers become easy-to-handle "pop outs." Simply snap the images from the sheet—no weeding required.

• Professional Sticker Finishing: Combine internal kiss cuts with Rows and Columns outer paths. This dual-layer approach allows for a kiss-cut sticker inside a cleanly finished, pop-out section.
