DTG and DTF in a Single Solution

The new DTF process is suitable for t-shirts, hats, masks, bags, umbrellas, and solid surfaces, both flat and curved.   It is adaptable to curved 3D surfaces in a way not possible with direct-to-garment inkjet printers.

Wasatch SoftRIP transforms the Epson F3000, F2100, and F2000 into dual-purpose solutions, supporting both DTG (direct-to-garment) and DTF (direct-to-film transfers), using Epson's standard OEM ink.  By working with Epson's ink and avoiding all "hacking" of the printer, this avoids the reliability problems of many other DTF solutions.  Epson's printer operates exactly as designed, and warranties are preserved.

When printing with white ink, Wasatch SoftRIP can print the white on top, for correct DTF transfer.  White and colored inks are printed together in the same pass, for efficient production.  As in other DTF processes, adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink after printing.   After the powder is applied, it is melted and the ink dried, prior to final transfer in a heat press, similar to dye sublimation.

Support for the Epson F2000 and F2100, for both DTG and DTF printing, is included in the basic Wasatch subscription.  Support for the F3000 is available at some additional cost.

With a Wasatch subscription you always have access to the latest revisions, newest features and device support, and unlimited access to the Wasatch service team. It is a low cost way to preserve your workflow and color when updating and adding new devices.

When updating your existing license, you have the option of running with your existing USB copy protection. This can reduce, or in some cases eliminate any need to connect to the Internet.

Alternatively, if you can connect to the Internet just once per week, you can start a cloud license that is assigned to your computer with no copy protection device at all. Only a brief connection is needed.

Wasatch subscriptions are a low-cost and low-risk option that you can choose to continue or cancel at any time. We hope you'll never want to cancel, but if you do, you can cancel any subscription at the press of a button.

You can even install a subscription alongside your permanent copy of Wasatch SoftRIP, run it for a month, and cancel if you feel the benefit was not enough for you. We think you'll discover a big benefit.
