This powerful tool is accessed directly from the "Help" menu of Wasatch SoftRIP. It is live and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It understands and can respond in dozens of languages.
The Wasatch AI Service Agent was developed in-house at Wasatch, based on an efficient distilled foundation model. It runs on Wasatch's own servers, not a third-party AI cloud. We never send your data to hyperscalers or anyone else. It is built to rapidly incorporate new documentation and service logs, on a daily basis. It can easily be extended to provide extra support for our partners' products.
